Remembering God’s Design

Rooted in faith. Grounded in science.

Whether you are navigating pain, stress, or simply seeking to live more fully, every session is a step toward wholeness.

“And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.” Genesis 2:7

Somatic Manual Therapy is a hands-on approach that restores structural alignment and retrains the nervous system — helping your body function the way it was designed to. Sessions are tailored to your specific physical needs, rooted in the belief that true restoration honors God’s original design.

Therapy

What is Somatic Manual Therapy?

A hands-on approach that restores structural alignment while retraining a nervous system that has learned to stay on guard. The body and the mind are treated as one, because they were made as one.

The two lines of work

Healing

What does it help?

Chronic pain and postural strain, injury patterns that never fully settled, shallow breathing, jaw and neck tension, and the physical residue of prolonged stress or trauma held in a hyper-vigilant nervous system.

Common questions

Change

What will I feel?

Many clients describe feeling lighter, taller, or more stable after manual work, and more grounded, calm and clear-headed after somatic work. Mild, workout-like soreness over the next day or two is entirely normal.

What to expect

The Practice

Two lines of work, one design

Each is a twelve-session arc over roughly three months. Both are 90 minutes, and both are $275 per session.

God’s Design

Restoring the Body

Targeted manual therapy that works layer by layer through the body’s connective tissue — from the superficial sleeve, into the deep core, and finally integrating the whole structure. It begins with opening the breath and ends with a frame that carries itself.

Restoring the Body

God’s Design

Renewing the Mind

Somatic work that turns down a nervous system stuck in survival. Through grounding, orienting, and tracking sensation in small, manageable doses, the body relearns that it is safe to settle — and begins to put down what it has been carrying.

Renewing the Mind

What makes this different

A quiet resource, built on a calling

Christ-centered

Every session is anchored in Scripture and in the conviction that the body is God’s design, not ours to redesign.

Whole person

Body and mind together — structural work and nervous-system work are two halves of one restoration.

An ordered arc

Not one-off appointments. A deliberate twelve-session sequence where each hour builds on the last.

By direct referral

A small, quiet practice serving Christian families — kept small on purpose, so the care stays personal.

Welcome to the practice

You are a living temple, built on purpose

We begin by remembering that the Creator makes all things and we are made by the Master Architect as a living temple, and this is God’s design for man.

Through the deep physical changes and awareness of this approach, you will notice the shifting, adapting order within your anatomy. This vast network of living tissue was purposefully designed from before the foundation of the world to be a magnificent, explicitly planned container built to worship and give all Glory to God.
