48 hours’ notice, either way
All cancellations require 48 hours’ notice, and a no-show is treated as a late cancellation.
The twelve-week program
The program is paid in full at enrollment. A session cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice can be moved to any other open time inside your twelve weeks.
Cancelled with less notice, that session is forfeited from your twenty-four rather than charged again.
A single session
Individually booked and maintenance appointments are arranged directly with Shannon and paid for one at a time.
Cancelling one of these with less than 48 hours’ notice incurs a $225 charge.
